Refund & Return Policy – Clean Power Store

At Clean Power Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted. 

Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to approval. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Customized, special-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return. 

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. Customers must contact Clean Power Store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product type and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Clean Power Store. 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assist with replacement, repair, or warranty claims as applicable. 

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider. 

Non-Returnable Items

Installed equipment, used products, custom systems, and items damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return or refund.
